All fragrances and personal care products are final sale once opened. We encourage sampling before committing to a full bottle — our in-store team is happy to help you find your perfect scent.

Unopened Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused products in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@notedsb.com or visit us in store at 361 Forest Ave #105, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@notedsb.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
